Google Maps Link These general terms of sale and repair are the only ones applicable and replace any other terms unless there is a prior, express, and written exemption. LAND PC may occasionally modify some of the provisions in these general terms, so it is necessary to review them before each visit to the websites sainte-maxime-reparation-telephone.com and land-pc.com. Any order or repair agreement from the client implies tacit and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any clause accompanying a client’s order or any other document (such as the client’s general purchasing conditions) that contradicts or adds new elements to these conditions will not be accepted by LAND PC. Quotes & Repairs Quotes are provided subject to further disassembly and the availability of spare parts. The quote amount may be revised if the internal condition of the device reveals unforeseen defects or hidden faults. Repairs will only be carried out upon receipt of written approval via email, mail, or in-person submission of the quote. LAND PC cannot be held responsible for supplier shortages or delays. LAND PC reserves the right to assess the feasibility of a repair (before or after a quote) and to return the device unrepaired in cases such as oxidation or suspicious damage. In such instances, only shipping and packaging costs will be charged. LAND PC will not accept claims for any device with an unanswered quote for more than a year. Warranty Repairs are carried out in a closed workshop, not open to the public, and by appointment or express service. Repairs are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding breakage and oxidation) on screens, motherboards, defective ribbons, etc., unless oxidation is involved, which may cause subsequent damage. The warranty is expressly limited to the free replacement or repair of defective parts. The warranty does not apply when parts are provided by the client. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, poor assembly, or improper use. Pricing & Discounts Quotes are based on the current market price of parts and repairs. Products sold by LAND PC are invoiced in euros at the price in effect on the order registration date. LAND PC reserves the right to modify prices in accordance with industry practices and applicable regulations. Payment Conditions Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LAND PC’s payment terms are as follows: All invoices are payable immediately, in full, and without discount. In the case of shipping, repaired equipment is sent cash on delivery or prepaid via PayPal or check before dispatch. Product Availability Products are offered subject to availability. Errors or exceptional modifications beyond our control cannot be attributed to us. If a product is unavailable after placing an order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and may cancel the order if the delay exceeds 15 business days. Shipping & Returns Metropolitan France & Monaco: FREE return via CHRONOPOST for orders over €200 (delivery within 1 business day before 1 PM) FREE return via COLISSIMO RECOMMENDED with signature and insurance for orders under €200 (delivery in 2-4 business days) Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg: For all order amounts, returns are handled via COLISSIMO RECOMMENDED with signature and insurance (2-4 days, €12 fee) French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM): Returns via COLISSIMO RECOMMENDED with signature and insurance (2-4 days, €9 fee) Remote Repair Process (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, DOM-TOM): Request a quote via the Contact page. Send your faulty device via registered mail, well-protected, with the repair form (available on the website) and payment if applicable. Upon receipt, LAND PC will confirm and proceed with diagnosis and repair. The repaired device is returned via DHL, TNT, or FedEx with a tracking number. Payment Methods: Credit card via PayPal PayPal Check (for companies only) Bank transfer (for companies only) Repair Conditions & Process LAND PC commits to repairing telecommunications, IT, gaming console, and camera devices following a customer service request. The repair request must include the device type, brand, serial number, initial diagnosis, and proposed solution. Repair Delays & Storage Repair times mentioned on quotes and work orders are indicative only. Delays do not entitle the client to compensation or exemption from payment. LAND PC is released from liability for delays caused by unforeseen events or force majeure. If further testing is needed, the client will be informed and must approve additional modifications. Equipment left unclaimed for over 365 days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned and become the property of LAND PC. Liability & Warranty Limitations LAND PC’s responsibility is limited to restoring or replacing the repaired item. LAND PC is not liable for damage caused by external factors (e.g., water damage), improper use, unauthorized accessories, or software issues due to illegal downloads. Clients must back up their data, as LAND PC is not responsible for lost data. Affiliate Program & Online Stores LAND PC’s online stores operate as showcase websites directing clients to partner sites via affiliate links. Visitors purchasing through these links will be subject to the partner’s terms and conditions. Data Protection & Privacy LAND PC does not share customer data with third parties.
